I love going to the Blacklick/Reynoldsburg store because of the staff (especially Julie and Dawn). They are both so knowledgeable and helpful with ideas, and above all, treat me as a friend! I especially like sharing things about the birds in our area and tips from them about feeding the birds and when to do what! Larry, too, is a wealth of knowledge.

The owners and staff are always friendly, and always willing to help carry items out for you. We also have good conversations about bird sightings and behavior.

Easy to order online. Had what we needed. Super fast delivery by a very pleasant and knowledgeable bird lover! She also took our peanut feeder that was damaged by a Pileated woodpecker that lives behind our house to see if it could be repaired.
