Great staff - I love to talk about birds and wildlife, and the staff is always friendly. I feel like I can ask questions and get an informed answer.

Although many other bird food vendors offer less expensive products, the quality of products at WBU is always better. Yes, the price is also typically higher, illustrating the old adage "You get what you pay for." We do take advantage of sales and membership discounts. The other feature that keeps us coming back is the attitude of the owners and staff at the WBU store in Reynoldsburg, OH. Of course, like most bird lovers, they are nice, friendly people. However, these folks go way beyond what most stores do to treat their customers with respect and consideration. Having grown up as the daughter of an owner of a small store, I appreciate how important that human connection is.

Both staff members were extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with. They both were relatable and gave me great advice!

I mentioned that my bird feeder was cracked and was told to bring it in and they replaced the tube right away. Very great full. I love watching the birds.

Products and service.

Larry and Julie are such outgoing and friendly people who always make my experience great. I purchased a new WBU tube feeder and let Julie know my old one had cracked after a bad storm that knocked over my feeding system. She told me to bring it in for repair. I actually had two damaged feeders and Larry and Julie went out of their way to repair them while I waited!
