They know more about birds than i will ever know. they rapidly and accurately answer all my questions and are always armed with even better ways to attract more song birds and fewer starlings and squirrels. i buy all my bird feeders and food there and have always leave happy

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, quality products

Larry and the WBU Team there in Columbus are top notch. I appreciate their outstanding customer service. I wish I could go into the store more often but work makes product delivery much easier. My birds appreciate them too.

The number one thing is that the staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. I wish the merchandise was not so expensive, but i realize that the quality is very much better than the less expensive bird food from hardware stores, etc. As long as we can still afford it, we plan to continue buying our bird food at WBU.

Julie and her staff are very knowledgable about birds and birding and very enthusiastic of birding! They are always friendly and helpful, including carrying the bags of seed out to my car.
