I am always satisfied with the staff. I go out of my way to stay at this store because the staff is phenomenal. They’re very knowledgeable in the field of birds. I LOVE THIS STORE!!!

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I asked about gluing broken pieces back on a hummingbird feeder, they replaced it instead, even without my having the broken piece to give them, since I live an hour and a half away from the store. All items I went in looking for were in stock.

It's always easy to find what I'm looking for. The associates are always helpful and answer any questions I have. They always offer to take my purchase to my car. The store is clean and the inventory is great. Love this store and the associates!

Owners and staff are always super friendly. Since I'm usually buying a large bag of seed as well as cylinders, it's great that they always carry the bag of seed/seeds out to my car. Sort of like the TV show "Cheers".............I like shopping at a place where they know and remember me.

The staff is very knowledgeable of the merchandise and feeding and caring for birds in the wild. The quality of the merchandise is very good as well and the staff is quick to find a remedy if something doesn't work well.

I'm always greeted promptly and asked if I need help. The seed I buy is readily available and right up front.
