Staff always friendly and helpful

Staff / owners are always friendly. Cameron was working the day I came in. I really appreciate having the bags of sunflower chips carried out to the car. I usually buy at least 1 bag, sometimes two, and often other items as well.

Friendly environment, owners and sales associates very knowledgeable about their WBU products, willing to answer your have questions, bright and cheerful decor, store very well organized and flows very easily from one product to another.

Everyone is so helpful. I like that they know my name which makes you feel like a valued customer, kinda like a family. Larry and the staff have always helped with ideas on building my pole system and the right feeders to feed my feathered friends. I brag about this store all the time.
