I feel we are like family and I wouldn't think of purchasing my feeders and food anywhere else. I've been shopping there for over twelve years and have never had a bad experience. If something needed fixed or adjusted was taken care of pronto. Love all the employees and the owners are the cream of the crop!!

Staff very knowledgable and very helpful. My order is always right. Then bring it out to the curb and place it in my car. Very friendly.

The staff (Cameron) was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They even helped me take items to my care. The quality of the bird food is wonderful. The birds (squirrels and chipmunks) in my yard are very spoiled.

We are new to this location and were delighted with the large selection on display. Employees were quite personable and very informative. Most definitely will make this my #1 location to shop.

Prices are very high for bird seed

A couple of the products were “temporarily unavailable” & it’d be nice if the prices were lower. Just the same I don’t buy my bird products anywhere else

My husband bought me a cylinder feeder for Christmas - the refills are expensive! Suet was on sale, but these were in their own category and not included. They only last a week!

Great staff and a variety of wonderful merchandise.

Looking for a bird feeder a little smaller.

The price of seed is and food is getting expensive and they were having trouble getting of the feed cylinders not their fault just not available bought something else
