The products are good, but the prices are way too high. I am spending about $400 a month in the store. I think for high end buyers like me I should get a discount over a certain dollar figure. It is also hard to compare which is better value seed cylinders or loose seed. Wish I could make recommendations on the bird feeders. Once you use a feeder you can tell what works and what doesn't. I would like clasps on some feeders so the racoons couldn't get into them. I use zip ties to slow them down and it works but a little different design with a locking feature would work. Overall it's a great store but I may have to go back to Lowes because of the prices.

I had a bird bucks coupon but had inadvertently left it at home. Cheryl would not let me use my coupon because I did not have the coupon with me. This is not the first time I’ve made a purchase without having the coupon with me and Julie and Larry have let me apply it anyhow.

The reason I said I probably wouldn't return to the store is strictly because I do not live in the area or have reason to shop that kind of merchandise. I did order a gift card for a friend that frequents the store. Giving you this info because I do not want my rating to reflect bad on your store. When I went onto website, I only viewed the gift card selection and just wished I could have purchased amount I wanted instead of preset amount shown on gift card. If I could have chosen I would have purchased a little larger amount. I did receive the card and thank you for your prompt service.

Still very disappointed my 3 “Saved” receipts were not honored by staff. $30 down the tubes. Have mentioned this on my past 2 visits to different clerks with no offer to make good on it for other clerk’s error. My purchases should be in your records to confirm.
