We are a young couple with a child, most people ignore us. Your staff welcomed us the second we walked in, asked if we knew what bird we were feeding and made sure we knew their diet! Our daughter was able to find Easter eggs, made her entire day! She loves to feed the ducks and we will be back soon!

It is easy to shop even though we live far away. VERY fast shipping and always well packed.

Great inventory and fun items to select from. Staff is always pleasant and helpful . I live over 200 miles from the stores location so I often order by phone . The staff's friendliness is the main reason I have continued to shop here. We don't have a Wild Birds store where I live.
