We are always greeted warmly and offered assistance. The Rewards Program is a good one. When we renew our membership we are often given a surprise gift. Shopping here reminds me of shopping experiences years ago, when shoppers were given personalized attention with a smile.

My disabled son loves going to the store because they have cats and they make sure he sees them. He also likes bird watching and the products we buy there make sure he has the best experience.

The woman who greeted me upon my arrival and helped me with choosing the right feeder and bird feed was just wonderful. I wish I had gotten her name. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I will definitely be back to buy another feeder as well as birdfeed. So glad to have found you!
