Brian was great. I have just moved and needed to buy some squirrel proof feeders. He helped me out. We spent some time talking about birds. He was very knowledgeable. He also knew about the sale on pocket binoculars. I bought a pair and have been very pleased with them. He also mentioned an upcoming field trip in February. I signed up for it. Very nice shopping experience.

I have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasant experience shopping in store, so many wonderful things to look at ! I have placed orders over the phone several time and have experienced the same wonderful customer service . We live in Catonsville , but it is well worth the drive !
