I love shopping local and appreciate the expertise and friendliness of the store team.

I know I will have experienced and knowledgeable customer service at WBU in Timonium. I can always count on the quality of the products that I have to choose from.

Every time I visit the store, it makes me happy! The store itself is beautiful and inviting. I want to spend some time there, but sometimes my schedule just won't allow! The merchandise is top quality and the staff is quite knowledgeable about the products and about birds in general. Their expertise is most helpful! Service is prompt and efficient, and I appreciate their help in getting my bird seed to the car. The only thing that makes me hesitant to purchase things at WBU is the pricing. I mean, I am feeding birds and squirrels....not putting my family's dinner on the table. Sometimes, I am tempted...and have succumbed... to buying buying seed, suet, or feeders at other stores, But I alwyas come back. I can see that WBU's products are superior.

The selection was lovely. I learned a lot. They have everything I could want. I did not feel any pressure to buy anything I didnt want. I am happy with what I purchased and enjoying my new set up at home.
