I've always found the owner and employees of this Timonium WBU store to be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about birds. They not only work in the store but they actually have feeders and feed birds at their homes so they know what they are talking about. They are never too busy to answer questions. Most of what I know about my bird feeding hobby comes from what I have learned in the store.

It is a beautiful store, excellent help , very warm but professional. Also, I get a kitty kiss every now and then!I love it!

Fabulous store. I had a lovely conversation with the owner regarding bird baths. Everyone who works at the Timonium store is friendly and very knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to visit the store
