The staff attended to me immediately and even helped to the car. They knew their merchandise and the store is stacked with variety of bird things related. Love love going to the this store. I am like a kid in a candy store. I appreciate the staff taking the time to help Me.

I have been ordering from Wild Birds Unlimited since moving to Baltimore. I love this store and the staff. I love the personal touches (hand written notes, etc) and the holiday celebration. My indoor cats love watching the birds and love when we get the seed delivered.

I was looking for a new bird feeder, preferably a squirrel proof feeder. The salesman directed me to the right feeder to fit my needs. I haven't installed it yet but I'm sure it will work out well. The entire staff was very friendly and since I was a first time customer, fixed me up with a goodie bag, something that was not expected but greatly appreciated. everyone is very friendly and the store is very calming. it can always cheer me up when ever i’m feeling upset . i really plan on getting a job there once i can so i can make other people feel the same way that employees at the store made me feel when i got into bird watching

Always kind and professional staff. Had to have a base repaired, not only did they repair it but showed me how to take the base apart so I can properly clean it. I am very diligent in cleaning my feeders and the cleaning of this base has been a frustration. Problem solved! Thank you so much
