I love everything about this store - it has a great vibe! The staff is always helpful and friendly. I love Hatch and Phoebe! And I love the merchandise! I wish I lived closer bc I would visit more often, as I usually do more online purchasing. It's a treat when I get to come in! :)

My mesh birdfeeder did not allow the birds to eat. I was given the opportunity to trade it in and get a new one at a 20% discount.

Always super friendly without being pushy. Extremely knowledgeable when I've had questions. Most importantly, I always feel welcomed, even for just a bag of bird seed. Doing a great job!!
