I have shopped at Wild Birds Unlimited in three different states and they always have the highest quality bird food, the cleanest stores and the most informed staff. SOLD!

Large variety and uniqueness; friendliness of owner and sales agent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had everything I needed. I rather pay for small store than big store. Owner Mary Lyn( not sure the name) was extremely welcoming and gave free gift. On the whole I had very good experience.

Not certain that I am going to be satisfied with the pepper suet she recommended, a concern for which brought me to the store. But the staff [Lisa] was great, very welcoming of a new customer and informative. I admired that she did not take the opportunity to denounce a competitor’s product or upsell a case load of the store’s two pepper suet alternatives, suggesting instead that I experiment with one of each and come back for the greater quantity of the more effective.
