I could tell from the curb that I had found a new favorite store! Mary-Lynn spoke with me as if we had been friends for years. She was extremely knowledgeable, didn't pressure me into buying anything, and she let me know about some things to think about for next time. The store itself is a bird lovers dream! I need to hit the lotto so I can come back and buy one of everything.

She was so kind to my grandchildren and most of all they love going back again and again!!!!My grandson said he loved the big screen tv with all the bird houses . He loved telling us all the birds. But most of he said “the whole visit was awesome!”

The owner is hands-on, very friendly and knowledgeable. She seems to truly love her store, her work, her staff and her customers. She has a staff that is helpful, knowledgeable and also seem to really enjoy their jobs. It is a pleasant place to shop.

I am a brand new birder and the staff helped me get started. She understood exactly what I needed. In addition, she warned my son to get permission to set up a bird feeder from his landlord.
