I was able to find what I needed and wanted three times I have shopped in the store

The store is visually appealing, the products and feed are wonderful and the owners are so friendly and helpful!!!!

Staff were friendly and engaging. They helped me find what I was looking for and made helpful suggestions, without being pushy in any way. I especially loved that there is a store cat! :)

I needed seed. Lots of choices were in stock. I needed a metal container for seed. Three size choices were in stock. We needed identification material for flora and fauna. They were well stocked. The staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful when we were making our selections.

The knowledge of the staff, their recommendations and my birds are eating again

Every one was right in and knew who I was and what I needed!

I purchased an item that I wasn’t aware was sale. As I was leaving the store, one of the sales power since realise the item I purchased was on sale, actually caught up to me and made me aware of the sale & gave me an item equal to what would have been refunded (I was going to purchase the item next time I was in the store)

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel welcome even though I am a novice to the wild bird world.
