Always a pleasure to be greeted by the cat....always a pleasure to discuss my bird feeder experiences and have my questions knowledgeably answered....always a pleasure to wander around the store and look at all the products....always a pleasure to have someone one help me get the heavy bird seed into my car....

I was employed by Wild Birds Unlimited for 9 years at the White Marsh store. I know the quality is excellent and merchandise is available the store. I was in the area and needed some items and I loved looking at all the products, with many that were new. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I know I will go back to the store when I am back in the area!

I walked in there wanting to start feeding birds and becoming a birder. Honestly I had no idea where to start, the staff were so helpful and talked me through all my options so I could make the best choice for me! Thank you! Also the store is beautiful.

The store is my happy place. The owners & staff are so friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. It’s fun just being there. I want to buy everything in the store. I love my bird system. Prior to going to Wild Bird Unlimited my husband & I were so frustrated because the squirrels were ruining everything we tried. Brian set us right up with our now bird system. Now there are frustrated squirrels.

I was able to find what I needed with ease. I also found some new and interesting items, and I was assisted to my car with my purchase.

I am not a typical shopper, in general, but I do love shopping at this store! There is always something new and different, whether it be local honey, note cards, jewelry or home decor. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge and to educate! Everyone is welcoming and friendly! It is always a pleasure to shop and browse this store!
