Friendly staff. I bought multiple bags and someone helped me get it out to my car.

The store is bright, pretty, with lots of items to browse; and I love the staff!

I like the idea of selling more than just bird supplies. I feel like I'm in a boutique not just a supply store. I was absolutely enchanted with this past Christmas. I felt like I was in a movie set. Great job ! Oh, and don't forget the kittys

I was recommended to this store by a friend. I went in looking for a specific product but also with a question. Not only was my question answered, but I was guided to find the product that would work best for my needs. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. The products are very high quality, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is not just clean...it is beautiful! I also like the selection of gift items and greeting cards. In short, I love going into the store!

Ancillary product (hats) were ordered & available for pickup in a reasonable time, & staff contacted me when ready for pickup.
