I needed a small part (a screw on knob) for the bottom of a seed tray that fits onto the finch feeder. I was ready to purchase a new saucer with the knob but your employee had an extra one for me to try. It worked. Was very much appreciated.

Love this store - the merchandise is top rate, the staff delightful and very knowledgeable, very attractive and one is welcomed in at all times - and the kitties are pretty special too. Would shop no other place for bird food and supplies

I love visiting your store! I get all of the products I need while still getting have real conversations with the staff. I also really enjoy the cats lol

I planned to return or exchange some unopened wild bird food, but the staff explained why my backyard birds would take a while to adjust to a new flavor of seed.
