I was looking for a gift and staff offered to find a box -- then, after locating the bird feeder in a box, the staff member offered to wrap the gift. In addition, the staff was helpful in making suggestions for other "birding information."

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and they have good merchandise with which they are very familiar.

Love birds! Love birds things! The owls were there visiting and the handlers were so pleasant and informative!

I needed a bird feeder and bird food and Lisa was extremely helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. It was much to my surprise that there were exhibits with the birds of pray and the knowledge that the Phoenix wild life center volunteers provided, I really enjoyed the tutorials and seeing the birds. Mary Lynn was very kind and helpful, I wanted a mug with an owl with the water color painting and she took her time to search and find one for me, It was so kind of her knowing how extremely busy they were. I also enjoyed all of my purchases to include the Snowy Day Bird buffet book. I will definitely be back to the store, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the welcoming from the entire staff. Thank you so much!

Everyone was super friendly, helpful and welcoming. I loved the gift selection for Christmas shopping. And we really enjoyed the expert presentation from the Phoenix Wildlife Rescue.

Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We always buy our bird food there because of the high quality and the helpfulness of the staff. We also look forward to seeing the cats, who are entertaining in themselves.
