The new owners recently revamped the inside of the store, and it looks great. I especially liked the posters for the various bird seed packages placed above each option. The cashier who checked us out was friendly and efficient.

Staff very helpful and enthused. I was encouraged and educated! Love my purchases, especially the woodpecker bark feeder!

The store is a delight to browse, wander, and ask questions of knowledgeable staff. Staff is extremely helpful and insisted upon carrying the bird bath to my car after purchase. Also, I enjoyed speaking with staff who are always friendly and relate well to their customers/potential customers. I'm extremely happy that the deaths of birds during the cicada period this year has ended and that we can again feed birds and offer them water. I also enjoy the knowledge and advice given, especially with the reminders that bird feeders and baths need regular sanitation to improve avian quality of life.
