Staff was extremely knowledgeable.

The staff took time to answer our questions and listen to our experiences with the bird feeding stations at our new apartment.

Mary Lee and her staff are welcoming and pleasant and always there to help with questions. We get our meal worms for the blue birds and finch seed for the yellow finches. Pricing is good and they always have what I need.

Even during the ongoing renovation of the store in Cockeysville, MD the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I even got a free gift for renewing my membership in the customeroyalty program. There is another bird seed store nearby, but WBU has my heart!

I was not aware of the store being closed except for delivery or pick up when I arrived. Mary-Lynn came to the door, asked what I needed and asked me to call number on the door. She filled my order, took coupon for $10 off (!) and cc info. Transaction was completed she brought my purchase to me. She was great!! I would only to curb side if pressed for time… I love walking around their store. Can’t wait to see the renovations!!

I like the "frequent flyers club" in which I earn bird bucks and always get a discount. Staff is knowledgeable and able to answer my questions.

Store was under construction and staff were outside to meet customers and process the order.
