Owners and sales people are so very friendly and knowledgable. The store is bright, easy to maneuver in, displays are pretty, and everything is clean. I love the bird song I hear ever time I go in!

I bought two catnip toys and my girls were wild about them. I've bought them here before and they still play with the old ones but definitely enjoyed getting a fresh product.

The staff is always eager to help, highly knowledgeable, and very friendly.

Welcoming, friendly staff. Knew the merchandise and able to answer questions I had. Never visited a Birds Unlimited but enjoyed the experience. May be able to stop again when visiting but no stores available where I live across the state. Would consider online purchases.
