Everyone in the store is fantastic.

It is always a pleasure to shop at this location! The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I visit regularly for my "go-to" items, but always enjoy perusing the store to see what's new! This is coming from someone who typically does not enjoy shopping!

In a word, rather in two words: Customer Service! It was enjoyable to spend time with the owner & staff discussing current the birding season and products they had in stock. I'd stopped in to ask if the store could recommend a local landscaping person or company who might specialize in designing and installing a natural habitat for wildlife, particularly birds, butterflies, chipmunks, squirrels, etc. They said they could not, but made note of the fact that it would be a good idea to gather such recommendations so when others came in with such a question, the store could make recommendations.

Friendly helpful staff, store clean, easily to shop, exciting to see what might be stationed outside for the season we are currently in (Earth Day), I the store is inviting. Staff help taking purchases to your car.
