Wild Birds Unlimited

I pick up items for my wife. You sent this survey to her and she sent it to me because I did the shopping but I suspect she did not want to be bothered with the survey. I am just doing what I was told.

I think the merchandise is slightly overpriced. I am a Wild Birds Member and had a coupon during my visit but it could not be honored since the sale started the next day. They couldn't make an exception. Was slightly annoyed by that.

I got what I needed and checkout went smoothly. I've shopped here before and will again. The only "negative" is that, as soon as I walked in and was clearly looking through the birdseed types, an employee immediately started questioning me about what kind of birdseed I wanted. It would have been a better experience if the employee had let me look around a bit and *then* mention that, if I had questions, they were available to help. Also, the bird seed is a bit overpriced but I was expecting that.

this visit was predicated on a supposed 20% which it turned out was not for anything edible which I don't believe was mentioned in the ad.

Everyone was good, question was about price~ everyone wishes things were less expensive, has nothing to do with the store itself.

I feel I don't visit enough to give a rating of Highly Satisfied. I am a satisfied customer.

The choices of the item I purchased was limited to just one, not exactly what I wanted but purchased because I made the trip to go there and I needed what I came to buy. Normally I could have found the item at a local dollar store but 5 such stores were out of the item due to the holiday change over in merchandise. I will honestly say that I would definitely shop at Wild Birds Unlimited if it were more convenient to my area.

Prices high. Should have more discounts based on purchases.
