Purchased item that did not work as expected after discussing with staff.

The price of bird seed is becoming much more of a luxury than a necessity

I had a question that could not be answered.clerk told me they would call me back when another person returned to the store. no call back 3 or 4 days later.

The product I purchased went on sail two days after I bought it and I was not informed of that event.

The only selection of black oil seed was prohibitively expensive. I used to get a brown paper 25lb bag of oil seed last year for $30 including tax. Now it is $46 for same size plastic bag of fancier (twigless) seeds for $46 inclusive of tax. Bring back the more basic choice please

Very expensive

We were not aware that different Wild Birds are separate. We also did not know about this store until I heard an ad on WCBM. I had a coupon from the York store. They spent more time telling me why they wouldn’t honor it than they did welcoming me to their store. Service Recovery on a first impression means a lot. I could think of many ways to welcome someone that ends up in their store.

Completely appalled during a surge of covid, where positivity rate is 20%, the clerk wasn’t wearing a mask. How disrespectful of immunocompromised patrons.

the store was closed for renovation and the employee asked what I wanted and said they could only bring it to the door. I asked for the least expensive block of seeds for my feeder and they brought me the most expensive. They charged my credit card prior to even showing me what they were bringing me. I thought it was an appropriate
