I found staff at this location incredibly helpful and friendly. Jade and Savannah went above and beyond to ensure I found what I needed, and even helped me carry everything to my car! Jade was a great salesperson, and managed to get me to buy more than I had planned. Hahaha! I love birding as a hobby, and always went to the WBU in Vancouver, but since I moved closer to the Langley location I thought I’d check it out. I’m glad I did, and didn’t hesitate to grab a membership there, after the excellent service I received. Thank you!

Staff pleasant & not overly engaging. My need is basic. One type of seed which you always have in supply. Quick, pleasant service. Feel if I were have questions you would try to be helpful.
