I love your store!! I’m usually an online shopper but I make a point of shopping at Wbu instead. The staff are super knowledgeable. Some are a little more quiet than others but they’re all super polite & kind. I like having the membership card & I like they keep track of what I buy so they I can sometimes send my husband in & he just asks what kind of seed I bought last time! Great store 👌

Ease of able to get in, get what I wanted and have a quick checkout :) The ONLY thing I was disappointed in... was that Melissa didn't walk out into the main part of the store until I was in my car and I saw her through the door which still made me smile but I wanted to give her loves :( haha

The person serving me was very helpful and I found everything I needed 😊.

Very friendly staff, efficient, asked about birds that visit my feeder. I showed her e-mail with my 20% discount for my birthday. She asked when my birthday was and wished me happy birthday. I would say that is the kind of employees you should appreciate working for you, especially during this crazy time where everyone has to be cautious. She was wiping down counter and debit machine when I was leaving. Good to see.
