Customer service is always helpful and friendly. The moisture control beads to put into the food. There is only sample size ($5.00) is expensive compared to the regular size blue lrg bottle which I have bought for for $15.00 and have purchase this bottle for many many years. When I asked where the other bottles were, showed the picture of the bottle on the pamphlet that is in the store. She said we have never carried that one since I ha e been her. I thought, maybe she is new. Tild her I have been buying this one (point at picture) for years. This price here for this sample bag is a rip off and is unacceptable and completely overpriced.
