I was surprised to get a ‘birthday email’ !! I had been thinking about getting a heater for our hummingbird feeder. Learned about it online and went into your store to purchase it. It being a very popular item, you were sold out. The lady said they were arriving that afternoon. I paid for it and she called me that afternoon. I went in the next day and another lady explained everything to me that I needed to know about the heater. We attached it to our feeder and I was a little concerned it might frighten our little ‘hummer friends’. They are using the feeder after ‘checking’ it out before landing. I was wondering if they feed at night now that feeder is lit up. We are thrilled !! I also bought more nectar powder so I won’t be back in for awhile.

I am a new bird feeder, and I am hooked. Luckily the Wild Bird Store is in the same complex as my grocery store. The staff has been so helpful with all my questions. They have helped me to buy bird feed that the squirrels will not touch. Attracting rodents has held me back from enjoying this. I am thrilled with the results and now have 3 feeders on the go. Next is hummingbirds !!

The staff member was very helpful with explaining to me what seeds/feed are best for different birds. Also explained to me that during this wet season not to fill my feeders to the top so the seed does not sit and get soggy.

Product was readily available and easy to buy, the clerk was friendly, the store was attractively decorated, and the experience felt safe. I have shopped at this store for many years and even though I am now located 2.5h away, I still return here when I need more bird supplies.
