It's just a nice store. From the fat cat that just wants belly rubs to ease that I can find what I need to feed my friends in my yard.

Every time I shop in your store I am greeted with a smile and someone always checks if I need help. When I have questions the staff is knowledgeable about the merchandise. It's always a great experience!

My wife and I have been going to this store for 11 years now since moving to Surrey and have always been very happy with the service and knowledge of staff at this location. And plan to continue going to this location.

Jennifer was very friendly, knowledgeable and kept a close eye on the number of customers in the store at one time.... All my questions were answered with confidence. The layout of the store was great and the merchandise was well displayed. Big Mel was especially interesting, very friendly and put huge smiles on everyone's face. This was my first time into the Store but I do plan on a return trip in the Spring, looking forward to seeing everything and everyone in the coming months.

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They always have what I want.
