I love this store. The staff are always friendly and have a great sense of humour, know about their products if I need to ask a question and will always make good suggestions if I am confused about something. I love the deals I get being a club member but most of all I love to give Wren a pet when I come into the store.

Staff is very friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and suggested me which food and feeder should I buy for the birds. I would love to go to this store again

I appreciate the quality of the products, particularly the bird food but also the quality items that are USA made. I do not buy products made in China or other oppressive states with unacceptable human rights and exploitative labour practices. I also avoid shopping where employees are disinterested - I appreciate Wild Birds Unlimited because the customer service is engaging, polite, upbeat, and helpful.

Service was great and staff very helpful and friendly. Just a little disappointed that there weren't more large seed cylinders in stock.
