Friendly staff, great product but having said that it seems to be on the expensive side!

It was my birthday 20 % so I wanted to make the most of it. I was going to get the largest bag of bird seed I could. Unfortunately the product sunflower chips was not good quality ( either too big or too fine ) I ended up getting a smaller bag. This was not your fault of course but I was disappointed.

I shop there regularly, this visit was not extraordinary just picked up my normal birdseed and renewed my membership

The only issue was that I wanted 2 of the items but there was only one left. That is the only reason I didn't select Highly Satisfied.

I found the prices have gone up so much....I may have to go elsewhere to shop even if the quality is not as good...just can't afford it....

A little too expensive

The selection is not there anymore. It seems like they are getting rid of stock and not replenishing it

I “should” have marked highly…. But in all honesty hit just satisfied as I am so perplexed by BIRD stores having a bird killer there (a cat) it truly is a turn off. At least at the store it’s an indoor cat. Odd combination.

Some of the prices are quite high. I feel I would like spend more if it was better affordable
