I knew what I was going for so I didn’t have to ask any questions. The woman was friendly and the cat greeted me at the door which made me smile !

I went for a bag of seed, found what i needed and purchased it.

Its getting to pricey to keep feeding the birds.

Always have what I want

We have hungry wild birds and it is pricey to feed them before we run out.

Computer system was completely down and thus non functioning so unable to make purchases. I travelled 40 mins to get to the store but fortunately I had other errands I could do and when I returned to try again the system was working. Not good for small businesses!

Purchased some peanuts I am a member my name comes up but says my membership had expired which it had not. Ron did not know how to fix this. I received my discount but no points

I was highly satisfied

I Was satisfied, staff were busy with customers, they did their best.

I wish the Langley location would carry the same products as the Surrey location
