Things where just fine

Staff were friendly and you have a cat, which is so lovely to experience when shopping. I didn’t have any questions or needed help. It was a straightforward visit and everything went well.

I found some of the products too expensive for my budget.

I find the prices to be significant. It limits the amount of shopping I'm doing there, and I am price checking with other stores to see if I can't find something more reasonable. I love the selection and the staff, but the prices do make it less than a perfect experience.

This was just a regular visit to the store. Nothing over any other visit. To get a rating of 'highly satisfied' by yours or any store would mean the shopping experience would have had to be extra special.... If you are going to challenge my survey answers the next time I will just exit your survey!

Did not have product I went to purchase but it’s a busy time of year and there are supply issues so it’s understandable

Well, this was our fourth visit in four days. Due to volume of customers standing outside the store waiting to go in because of Covid, we weren't prepared to wait. I guess there are alot of folks that feed the birds.
