It was freezing cold outside and there was a long line up to get into the store and the cashier seemed inexperienced and took way too long. Thankfully the other staff member saw this and took over.

Because of limited number of people allowed in store because of Covid, my husband had to wait outside ten minutes. Maybe on a sale day, two people cashiering would have helped.

The particular hummingbird feeder we wanted was out of stock. Another is supposed to be available in a week.

I came in for window silhouette so that birds don’t hit my windows, but there wasn’t any in stock.

Cashier was not the friendliest.

Covid distancing etc. Ex. I went to a city last friday without a mask and no one in that city said a thing. Bylaw did nothing. Wondering why private businesses are following local ordinates that clearly do not exist?

Girl suggested hot pepper suet But it melted all over my stand According to your booklet it was non melting

We loved everything about the store but felt some pricing was a little higher than we expected.

This was a regular visit to the store for bird feeder supplies, nothing special...
