The product I bought "Nector defender" was $3.00 more than the White Rock store.

The employee didn’t acknowledge our existence in the store. Only when I called her over, did she provide assistance but it appeared that we were a nuisance to her.

Went for bird seed and the store was out of stock of a lot of items.

No longer carry 20lb bags of seeds. The large bags are too heavy and we have no way of storing them.we had purchased these bags for several years from previous owner.

I wish my membership from south surrey store could be applied at this store. I was unhappy to hear that I would have to purchase another membership to get a discount with this store. I thought it would be affiliated for membership even just by phone number.

Price of the product I picked up went from 40 dollars to 60, totally heinous.

The store clerk made me wait outside when only two people were in the store. Limits of people in stores is no longer required the store personal didnt even let me know when I could go back in store when other customers left NOT IMPRESSED!

I was satisfied with the shop visit but the seed bell I purchased fell off his hook sooner than I expected.

The owner was very helpful and gave us some "bits" to fix our feeder.
