I always get top notch service, and I know the food is always fresh.

The store is clean and everyone who works there goes out of their way to put a smile on our face..We have used this store for many years and they know us and great us warmly. The food is always fresh for the birds and and if something happens to a feeder we bought there; it is always fixed by Philip!

The store just looks beautiful, super clean and organized. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they take time to go over things with the customers. Visiting the store in Brookfield is always a super pleasant experience.

there was a new employee in the store (sorry, I forgot his name--started with V?) and he was just as friendly as the people who had served me before. He called me by name and knew exactly what I needed for my feeders.
