Phil and Margaret are always so friendly and upbeat and greet you by name. They know their products and whenever I need a replacement part for a feeder, they either have a spare or order it promptly. They always take time to chat and make you feel important. This goes the same for their staff, and no wonder why they have been with them from the beginning. People say food is expensive, but I say it is quality food.

Phil is a wonderful store owner. It is a community more than a store.

The woman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, and helped me with the problem I have with bears knocking down my pole feeder. SHe suggested hot chili pepper seed, and suet as well as showing me a feeder stand that would fall over if a bear came instead of the pole being bent out of shape by the bear. The system she suggested works really well, and I will be going back for more hot chili pepper seed! I have to say that I was so impressed by the good, strong quality of the new bird feeder pole and hook system I bought there!

Ronnie and Anita were/are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We discussed woodpeckers and grackles, and they worked together to gather my purchases and load them into my car. Great teamwork!

Employees were very respectful of COVID guidelines. They also were very helpful and attentive to all that came into the store.

The store usually has just what I need in stock. Very clean and neat. I love to browse the store and usually buy something more than what was on my list!

Philip, Margaret and all of the staff at WBU are terrific. They answer our questions, give advice and know us by name. They are our go to store for seed and suet. During these difficult times they have kept themselves and their clients safe and have adjusted hours for store visits and door pick up...They are the best!
