The store not only had an attractive array of quality merchandise, but also plenty of space to move around, and some unexpected treasures. I like the modular systems which can be purchased in stages, too. And of course fantastic staff.

When I came in, I could tell they recognized me. She addressed me by name once I paid. They offered to carry my 20 lb bag to the car, but I declined (I need the exercise! ha!)

The staff is always willing to answer my questions. The store has beautiful “other” articles to buy besides birdseeD. The owners of the store are just wonderful people.

I have been coming to wbu stores for almost 20 years and to the brookfield store since they opened. They are always friendly and extremely informative. They bring a diverse background to their customers. They know far more then a typical retail store might offer.
