Favorite store experience for years, I am amazed at the knowledge and help of each and every staff member. As a senior with knee/back issues they are eager to carry my order and put in my car (before curbside service was initiated). They are honest and always explain what purchase would be of most value, feed a variety of birds and fit in with my senior funds. They keep incredible records of former purchases and honor their products, my arthritic fingers can't snap ports back on my squrriel feeder and they are very good natured about helping repair it. I don't want to go online as visiting the store is a feast for any birder and I always leave wishing I could buy even more items! The staff member who took my order, prepared it, and brought it out to my car was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products I purchased. The whole process was easy and efficient. The items seem to be of very good quality.
