Phil is the most pleasant salesperson I’ve ever met. He carried my purchase to the car...such a gentleman! The store has such a beautiful variety of merchandise.

They have what I want. This store has never been out of stock on anything that we needed. It is also enjoyable to talk to somebody who is quite knowledgeable about birds and other animals and the health of birds overall. You can tell when people care about the environment In general and this is one reason I keep coming back.

This store has always made me feel happy as soon as I would enter it. Between the wonderful fragrance and the birds chirping the staff is always so pleasant and I come out just feeling so much better.

I am facing a problem with bears destroying my feeders in an attempt to eat the bird seed. Margaret and the store staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me figure out how to solve this problem. Fingers crossed!

Margaret, Phil, Ronnie, and Anita are knowledgeable about birds and some other wildlife. They are friendly and helpful. They always offer to help carry the seed to the car. I can’t say enough positive things about them. I love shopping a local family owned business. I love knowing the owners and having them know me.
