Very friendly staff. Great serity of merchandise. Very knowledgeable staff especially about birds. Convenient hours of operation. I am a regular customer. My only suggestion would be for lower prices on your bird food.

Staff totally professional, experts, share info so your individual needs are met and frequently help you to save money by sharing when something is going on sale, i.e., ("don't use your coupon now, etc") guarantee items if damaged, and staff carries heavy items to place in my car. My absolute favorite store, have to pick and choose because I want so many items. Attend their knowledgeable lectures and always learn something new!
