Every time I come to the store, the staff is so kind and helpful. I love everything there, and feel like I leave with wonderful gifts after every visit. I mainly shop for my parents, although I am now going to start feeding the birds myself too.

The store offers great products. The staff is above excellent. The staff is knowledgeable about birds and wildlife and I love talking and sharing with them stories concerning wildlife.

I value the quality of the merchandise and, most of all, love the knowledgeable staff and owner. They seem to know everything about birds and native animals. Always helpful, they really know and care about their customers.

My purchase is a Christmas gift for my husband. We have not used the binoculars yet so I cannot comment on the quality. The price seems good based on others I have seen in magazines.
