The store has so many interesting and attractive things. Theresa and the rest of the staff are so friendly. The seed delivery is so helpful now that my vision prevents me from driving. It lets me continue feeding my bird friends. Thank you very much for your help.

Theresa was very helpful in assisting me in placing my order that was unavailable at the Mission Viejo store. The order was for a bluebird house kit for my grandson's 9th birthday and who lives in Big Bear. While Theresa didn't get my email address, when I placed my order, she later emailed me a receipt, at my request. Another store employee gave me the Fedex tracking number over the phone. I received the item in a timely manner. As this item is a gift, my only disappointment is that the item came in a shipping box and not in a vendor box. Otherwise, I'm extremely pleased with the product and the service at Wild Birds. Thank you!

We have been buying our bird supplies there for years. Suzanne and Theresa are so knowledgeable and helpful. We can always find what we need and get questions answered. I love that the store carries so many bird related items that make perfect gifts to give to friends and family. Its my go to gift shop.
