Knowledgeable staff, great selection - adorable cat that comes to greet you when you shop in the store. If there is a problem, they are happy to rectify the situation. THe only statement I have, is that when I purchased a hummingbird feeder back in December, it was never offered to me the "membership". That would have been nice to know before I made all those purchases.

The clerk was really nice and knowledgeable about the products in the store. He seemed like he genuinely enjoyed his work. He also did not make me feel pressured to purchase, although I happily did purchase some items.

I went in looking for a simple hummingbird feeder for my apartment balcony. Your team member (Melissa, am I close? Saturday afternoon, was the only one in the store except Treasure, who was supervising admirably.) was phenomenal, she knew the products, had a grip (better than mine) about what I needed and gently steered me to the correct purchase without damaging my fragile male ego. I almost want to buy a house just so I could get more of your products, and expand my yard aviary.

I love that the staff take the time to explain all the options when you are looking at times.
