The assistants in the store were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable and were good sales persons selling me more than I ever intended to buy. Great knowledge of birds present in the garden and food to meet that need over the winter months . The diversity of food products and the massive selection of feeders etc was amazing. Living so far away I did not take advantage of the membership program which was clearly and pleasantly presented to me . Being Irish I guess I thought the prices were a little high but they are just the same as elsewhere, the birds appreciated my visit, they love the seed I bought

They had exactly what I wanted & the gentleman who assisted me answered all my questions to my satisfaction

Friendly staff, had the product I needed, Covid safety was practised, 15 watt bulbs for hummingbird feeder were recommended and purchased and have worked well in the Arctic outflow and winter storm winds.

Store was busy, they only allowed 4 customers inside. Some customers tried to cut line up and no one inside was keeping track of who was outside waiting. A number system would have been helpful.

More sales make prices more affordable.

Have shopped here for at least two years. The staff have come to know us and greet us as friends. If a product (e.g. millet) is not on the shelf in smaller sizes, and they have it "In the back", they will go and bag the size you want. Great selection of accessories and frequent coupon offers offer excellent price savings. Shopping is always a pleasant experience.
