Staff at the Abbotsford location highly knowledgeable always friendly . The 1 girl I get all the time I have visited is wonderful and answers any question I may have. The bird seed I buy there is nothing left and I know it is healthy for the birds. I will continue to shop there as long as I can.

The knowledge of the staff and the variety of product available

We always appreciate the assistance we receive at your store but this time we brought in a bird feeder that we have used for 4 years and bought a squirrel proof bird feeder the gentleman helping us was so patient and helpful to be sure we were satisfied with the product!!

All the people there are very pleasant to deal with and my merchandise is ready when I go to pick it up. Also the products are very good quality. They are always willing to take some time with you to help you find what you need.
