I went in to purchase a Christmas gift for my mom and the staff was very helpful! They answered all my questions

I always feel valued and appreciated when I shop there. There is one lady that’s been there a long time - she’s so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and always positive and smiling...she makes driving the 40 minutes each way from Maple Ridge worth the effort to come to that store. My only disappointment is that the computer systems are not linked store to store as I had been in Langley store and renewed my membership there but it didn’t automatically transfer to my regular store in Abbotsford. It’s all good as easily fixed but just a minor annoyance
